| Response | We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours, send you a copy of the complaint as we recorded it, and resolve it within one month. Every complaint gets a ticket number: quote it to check where your complaint stands. |
The Grievance Officer also answers questions about your personal data and requests to see, correct or erase it (see the Privacy Policy).
Writing to us
- Include your username, or the Razorpay payment ID for a payment question, and what happened.
- Never send your password or recovery code. We will never ask for them.
- To report a data error, give the state, year, round, college, course and category. Say what the report shows and what the official document shows, with the document's name.
If you aren't satisfied
You can also go to the National Consumer Helpline (dial 1915, or consumerhelpline.gov.in), or to a consumer commission. For a question about your personal data, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
