Shipping and Delivery Policy

DrBull's Matrix sells digital credits only. Nothing is shipped by post or courier, and it is available anywhere in India, at matrix.drbull.in.

Delivery

• Credits are added to your account as soon as your payment succeeds, usually within a minute. Your account page then shows the payment and its receipt.
• Reports are made on screen when you ask for one, and you can reopen them from your account.
• There is no delivery charge.

If credits don't arrive

If money left your account but no credits arrived, the Refund and Cancellation Policy explains what happens. Write to contact@drbull.in with your username and the payment's details from your UPI app (its UPI reference number, the amount and the time).
